Review of Behavioral Aspect in Organizations and Society <p><strong>RBAOS</strong> discusses behavioral aspect studies in organizations and society. RBAOS particularly wishes to attract innovative work which analyses behavioral aspect to advance theory development in social science,&nbsp; including business, management, psychology, and politics. We welcomes articles using diverse methodologies and theoretical developments from across the social sciences. Consequently, consumers in Japan have options to choose preferred electricity retailers. Some electricity retailers specialize for environmentally friendly renewable energy (RE). &nbsp;RE is regarded as reliable and safe after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. In addition, in the 5th Basic Energy Plan, the Japanese government attempts to raise RE for 22 to 24 % of all energy sources by 2030. However, supplies from RE destabilizes the grid operations. Nuclear power plays significant role in the smooth grid operations. The Japanese government regards nuclear power as one of the substantial energy sources due to Japan's energy policy. Japanese Power utilities also attempt to supply electricity from nuclear power plants. There are some benefits, economically and technologically. &nbsp;However, nuclear power has negative impacts on reliable and safe. In the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) survey, the respondents put reliable and safe as the highest priority. Nuclear power is not acceptable to consumers. This implies gaps between demand and supply sides. This paper examines the preferences on both sides and clarifies the gaps. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of teamwork training in improving the cohesiveness of working groups. This study used quasi-experimental with one group of pre-test-post-test design. Group cohesiveness was measured by the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) questionnaire. Teamwork training was followed by 12 employees who were less able to work in groups. Research data were processed by using a paired sample t-test. The result of this study indicates that teamwork training can improve the working group cohesiveness (T = -4.114, p &lt;0.05). For the aims of our study, we determine the term “program” in the aspect of a particular public activity, what social activity is. We use the concept “social program” in this sense, which definition finds manifestation in several aspects: The social program is a perspective concept for the growth of wealth and development of social relations. Social programs appear to be special sections of the economic and social development plans (yearly or for a longer period) of the corresponding planning regions, districts, and municipalities.</p> Venelin Terziev Marin Georgiev ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2020-03-21 2020-03-21 2 1 25 30 10.32770/rbaos.vol225-30 SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT <p>The purpose of this article is to study the state of development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation, to study their sectoral structure and territorial dispersion.</p> <p>The research methodology includes monographic, statistical, analytical research methods.</p> <p>The processes of territorial concentration of capital, people, and trade turnover have a significant impact on competitiveness and efficiency. Concentration under the influence of market laws leads to an increase in total social capital, contributes to increased competition. The main trends from 2008 to 2018 that we identified in the research process are: 1) a decrease in the size of medium-sized enterprises by 32.4%, 2) an increase in the number of small and micro enterprises — by 45%. &nbsp;We found that the regional dispersion of small business in Russia is heterogeneous. The largest share of small enterprises is concentrated in the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation, mainly in the city of Moscow and the Moscow Region (36%), the share of people in this district is above 30%, and the turnover of trade is the highest in the country - almost 49%. This research used a descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The type of data that is used is secondary data from company financial reports and publication data needed to support this research. The population in this research is Retail Trade Company registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. Analysis of data used multiple linear regression analysis.&nbsp;The result of this research that used multiple linear regression analysis, concluded as follows: Institutional ownership has a negative effect financial distress with a significant value of 1%, the independent commissioner has a negative effect financial distress with a significant value of 2.1% with a significant level of 5%.
